Professional Development: Race and Ethnicity in Latin America

The University of Wisconsin -Milwaukee will be offering a 2018 teacher institute on Race and Ethnicity on July 11 - 13, 2018 on campus.  The cost is $80 for current teachers and $25 for education students.  For participants traveling out of town, housing is offered for $60 a night.  The deadline for applications is May 21, 2018.

If you have been following my blog, you know that this topic excites me and I so wish that I could attend!  But, our baby is due this summer, and I will not be available. However, for all of you looking to spend time this summer to study such an interesting topic, please apply!
